Data Deletion & Requests

You can ask us to delete, correct or show you the personal data we hold about you or your child, or withdraw consent you gave earlier. Parents and guardians can make requests for a child under 18.

What we delete

• Demo and contact enquiries you sent us.
• Student portal accounts: the student record (name, email, courses, consent record) and the sign-in account.
• Photos of your child that we have published, from our website and social media.

We may keep a minimal record that your request was made and completed, and any data the law requires us to keep (for example tax records of payments), only for as long as required.

How long it takes

We will confirm receipt and complete your request as quickly as we reasonably can. We may contact you to verify your identity before acting, so that nobody else can delete or access your data.
