Refund & Cancellation Policy
We want fees to be clear before you pay, with no hidden charges. This policy explains what happens if you cancel or if we cancel. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Before you pay
We share the full fee for your child's program in writing before enrolment, listing what it includes (for example kits, materials, LMS access and event charges) and any applicable taxes. If a cost isn't on that list, we won't charge it without your agreement.
2. Demo classes
Demo classes are free and are held in person at our centres. There is nothing to pay and nothing to refund.
3. If you cancel
- Cancelling before the program starts: please contact us and we will talk you through the options.
- Cancelling after the program starts: cancellation and refunds are not available once the program has started. Please make sure the program is right for your child before it begins; the free demo class is there to help you decide.

4. If we cancel or reschedule
If we cancel a program, you will get a full refund for sessions not delivered. If we have to reschedule a session, we will offer a make-up session.
5. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method.
