Terms of Service
These terms apply to your use of this website and to enrolment in GNR Robotics programs run by SRS EduTech, with its centre at SRS Learning Centre, Kalpavruksha Nidhi, Horamavu Agara Rd, Horamavu, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560043, and a branch at Disciples Corporate School, 3444, Chord Rd, Opp. Attiguppe Metro Station, Vijayanagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560040.
1. Using this website
You may use this website to learn about our programs, contact us and book a demo. Please don't misuse it, attempt to break its security, or submit false information. Content on this site is for general information and may change.
2. Who can enrol
Programs are for students in Grades 1 to 12. A parent or legal guardian must enrol a student under 18 and accept these terms on their behalf.
3. Demo classes
Demo classes are free, are held in person at our centres, and carry no obligation to enrol.
4. Fees and payment
Before you enrol, we give you the total fee for the chosen program in writing, including what it covers (kits, materials, LMS access, events) and any taxes. We do not add charges that were not disclosed to you before you paid.
Refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Kits, equipment and safety
Students work with tools, electronics, 3D printers and drones under mentor supervision. Students must follow safety instructions. Drone flying takes place only in permitted areas and in line with applicable Indian drone regulations.
6. Student portal accounts
Keep your password private. We may suspend accounts that are misused. You can ask us to delete an account at any time via our data request page.
7. Intellectual property
Our curriculum, workbooks, logo, website text and photos belong to SRS EduTech / GNR Robotics or our licensors (see Credits & Licences). Students own the original designs and projects they create in class.
8. Liability
We take reasonable care in running our classes. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other law that cannot be excluded.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy and Children's Data notice explain how we handle personal data.
10. Governing law and complaints
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction. For any complaint, please contact us first:

11. Changes
We may update these terms. Changes don't affect a program you have already paid for, unless you agree.
