TechPreneurship Track.

Embedded systems, AI projects, FPV drones and a pitch capstone.

Last updated:

The TechPreneurship Track is the GNR Robotics capstone band for Grades 10–12. Students work on embedded systems, Python and AI projects, FPV drone piloting and product design with 3D printing, then pitch, cost and present what they built, as a founder would.

What are the objectives?

  • Design and test electronic circuits, including PCBs and embedded systems
  • Build AI or data-based solutions in Python
  • Take a product from problem discovery to a tested 3D-printed prototype
  • Fly FPV drones safely
  • Cost a product and pitch it to an audience

What is covered in each grade?

GradeTopicsProject
10Electrical systems, devices and robotics. Design thinking: CAD, 3D printing and product development.Prototype product
11Circuits, PCB design and embedded product engineering. AI, Python and digital prototyping.Interdisciplinary capstone
12Advanced embedded systems and product integration. AI/data projects and product development.Documented engineering project and portfolio

Topics follow the grade-wise courses in our school curriculum proposal.

Kits and tools

Embedded boards, PCB tools, Python, CAD and 3D printers, FPV drone platforms from our partner Dronacharya Tech Hub, and a project workbook.

Learning outcomes and assessment

By the end of the track, students have a documented product, a portfolio and a pitch. For CBSE schools, courses can support skill subjects such as Electronics & Hardware (420), AI (417), Data Science (419), Design Thinking & Innovation (422) and their senior-secondary equivalents.

Students are assessed on their builds: each grade ends with a project they demonstrate and explain to mentors and family.

How is it delivered?

26 classes a year, taught in person by trained mentors at your school or at our Horamavu and Vijayanagar centres. Each student gets a hands-on kit, a project workbook and LMS access with video lessons, quizzes and chapter PDFs. No individual laptops are needed.

Other grade bands

Tinker Explorers (Grades 1–2) · Foundation Builders (Grades 3–5) · Junior Innovator (Grades 6–9)
